If an item is temporarily out of stock or requires additional time to process, we will notify you by email with an estimated shipping date or alternative options.
Order Processing
Orders are processed Monday through Saturday, excluding holidays.
- In-stock items are typically shipped within 48 hours of order confirmation.
- Out-of-stock or special-order items will ship within 1–2 weeks, or longer depending on availability.
All orders are subject to verification, including payment confirmation and address validation, before shipment. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been dispatched.
Shipping Methods
We ship orders via UPS, FedEx, or USPS, depending on your location, order size, and service availability.
All shipments are insured for their full value until they are delivered.
Shipping Rates
- Free shipping is available for orders over $500 within the contiguous United States (lower 48 states).
- For orders under $500, shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination and carrier rates.
Additional fees may apply for expedited delivery or shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, or U.S. territories. Shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases of confirmed defect or error.
Delivery Time
Delivery times depend on the selected carrier and shipping destination. While most orders arrive promptly, Lu’Ro Jewelers, INC is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs processing, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Once your order has been transferred to the carrier, title and risk of loss pass to the customer.
Delivery Confirmation
To ensure the safe delivery of your purchase, a signature may be required upon delivery for high-value orders. If no one is available to sign, the carrier will leave a notice with instructions for redelivery or pickup.

International Shipping
We primarily ship within the United States. However, international orders are accepted by request with prior contact.

International customers are responsible for all customs duties, taxes, and import fees, which vary by destination country and are collected at delivery. Delays caused by customs clearance are outside our control.
